Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship all orders via Standard Shipping throughout the United States.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 on all orders.
Add-on items ship for an additional $2 per item.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Standard shipping is available to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Some oversized items may have limitations for P.O. Box delivery depending on carrier requirements.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at westoldco@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
